Background
I joined Olver Korts, LLP as a partner in January 2006. Prior to joining Olver Korts, I was a partner with my wife, Betsy L. Album, Esq., in the law firm of Album & Album.
I concentrate my practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, with an emphasis in the representation lenders, purchasers and sellers of residential real estate.
I derive a great sense of personal satisfaction in assisting individuals and families in achieving their goal of home ownership. The purchase or sale of a home is often the largest financial commitment a client will make in his or her life. I recognize the profound sense of responsibility an attorney has in the real estate closing process, and I am personally available for all of my clients. I strive to be responsive to all my clients' needs.
I also am experienced in matters pertaining to real estate titles, including title examination, resolution of title issues, and writing title insurance as an approved agent for several title companies.
I have been active in the Rochester Community for many years and have been involoved in many REALTOR® associations, including the Realtor’s Charitable Foundation Fundraising Committee, the Womens Council of REALTORS® and the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® Agent’s Fair Task Force Committee.
My wife Betsy and I live in Pittsford with our two sons. I enjoy camping, golf and coaching little league baseball.
